My Linksys WUSB - Wireless Plug 54GC not connect when the computer starts. I need to disconnect and connect the power to work. Who knows how to solve this problem?

If you have Windows XP? If yes, what is the problem, because XP does not run automatically, USB sticks (there is a safety issue). In Vista, it should be automatically started. Try in the properties of the connection on my computer and click on the drive.
If all else fails, download the latest drivers.
